All items being returned must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in saleable condition.
All original tags must be intact, and must be in the original condition. Failing to meet these requirements will result in your return not being successfully processed. Please contact our admin team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a returns form.
Change of Mind
Luella Loves does not offer refunds due to change of mind.
If you do receive your package and decide you would like to send it back, you have 7 days (for domestic orders) and 14 days (for international orders) to send your package back to our warehouse. You must include Name, email address, phone number and your order number within the package.
Please note we only offer store credits due to the high demand of our products and cannot ensure the style/product will be available when we receive your return. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once we receive your item back to our warehouse we will then process a store credit to the value of your return. You can then use this credit to re purchase in a new size or colour.
No returns on Sale Items
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. All sales of Sale or discounted items are final.
Returns due to Faults
Luella Loves take pride in packaging and processing all orders. In the rare chance you have received an item that has a fault, please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com with an image of the fault and we will send you a returns form to complete.
We cover the costs for items returned due to fault. Once your garment is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected. If deemed faulty beyond repair, we will offer you a replacement if we have the item in stock or a full refund on the item will be issued. If you perceive an item to be faulty upon its arrival, do not use or wear the item as this will void its ability to be returned.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns if the items are not returned within the 7 day period.
Luella Loves will only offer a refund if an item is faulty beyond repair.
